How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To contact you about your order or reply to your questions.
- To send offers and news — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your pack (cart), language choice and login working. With your consent, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google and Meta) to measure visits and show relevant adverts. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may stop working if you do.
Who we share it with
We share only the information needed with trusted partners who help us run the shop: our delivery team or courier, payment providers, website hosting, and email/SMS services. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by Kuwaiti law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
